Our Vision
The Barwon Heads Arts Council Inc. was established as a not-for-profit incorporated organisation in 2013 with the following vision.
- To develop a community arts hub for artists and the community to come together;
- To promote creative education though workshops, events and festivals;
- To promote the arts in Barwon Heads and throughout the Bellarine Peninsula.
Creative education by the sea where arts culture promotes community resilience.
